Growing up in a small town, working in NASCAR seemed like a dream that could never come true. However, stars aligned and hard work paid off after moving to North Carolina to pursue my dreams. Ten years later, I'm the VP of Marketing for Rick Ware Racing, overseeing all Marketing, Social Media and Sponsorship Activation across the team’s NASCAR, INDY CAR, IMSA and other various racing initiatives. Through the years, the US Military and their families have always held a special place in my heart. Giving back to the men and women in uniform, both past and present, as well as paying respects to our fallen heroes and their families, has truly been the most humbling and rewarding aspect of my career. This year my Crew Chief! will be Greg Stumpff (Off Axis Paint).
