Spiritual Formation – in this discussion we will explore the process that God has orchestrated around motor sport’s settings that provides an environment for spiritual impact.

Personal Maintenance – ministry at the track will tap a person’s spiritual reservoir pretty quickly. This session will look at the elements of personal spiritual health as it relates to the chaplain’s life.

Relationship Construction – life changing ministry is done most effectively in the context of authentic relationships. In this session, we will discuss the ebb and flow of constructing connection.

Corporate Networks – many who target the racing community may only begin and end with the drivers and crews. However, in any racing series there are many people from the corporate community who can become partners in impact and, as well, need the touch of a chaplain.

Trauma Response Opportunity – racing provides a unique environment for trauma and, therefore, supportive care. This discussion will look at the many facets of responding to a traumatic event and how to best capitalize on the opportunity.

Regional & Local Impact – what is accomplished within a national series can often be duplicated and quite often maximized at the local and regional levels. The unique atmosphere that is provided at a local track can be one of the most effective places for impact in the world of motor-sports.

Team Development – no one person can comprehensively minister to an entire race community. Therefore, clear and strategic steps must me taken to build a ministry team that will work effectively together to reach every dimension of the community.

Technological Tools – with the growth of the internet and technology, we have a variety of tools available to us to enhance our impact. This session will create conversation around the various ways to incorporate technology into our roles as spiritual mentors.

Prayer & Proclamation – because the culture of racing has allowed for such prominent opportunities for spiritual activities such as invocations and chapel services, we have a special door of opportunity for spiritual formation. However, if the privileges afforded to us are not handled well, we all may lose the opportunity for a public platform. We’ll discuss the various issues connected to these functions.

Resource Development – raising funds for ministry in this economy is a challenge. Even so, God will honor good habits in stewardship and bless sound structures related to fund-raising. This conversation will address the layers of organization related to this crucial component of equipping ministry activity.
