Clarke and his wife Carissa have been involved with Motor Racing Outreach Association for 1 year, serving the Midwest Sprint Car community, comprised of the World of Outlaws, American Sprint Car Series, and Winged Outlaw Warriors.  In their first year they participated in 40 race events which covered 10,000 miles.
 
Clarke graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN.  While Carissa holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing from Tennessee Tech University.  They now reside in Clarke's hometown of Carthage, MO where Clarke is a Hospice Chaplain, and Carissa is a Pediatric Nurse. 
 
This coming season Clarke and Carissa will be concentrating more on the World of Outlaws Series where they will serve as Chaplains, as well as develop and operate a child care center at the race track to serve families with young children.
