Just a thought...

An accomplished student of motivation does not a leader make.
Eloquent inspiration must be tempered with experience and humility.
The leader is accountable to the follower and while responsibilities can be delegated,
accountability cannot.
Leading for the sake of leading falls short of a just cause.
A leader loves above all else and true love bares the scars of experience.
